Corel Ventura 7.0 Introduction




Course Aims
Desktop publishing software brings print production into the office. It allows the user to carry out most of the stages traditionally involved in the production of a printed document, from compiling the copy to printing the page, on a single computer system. Readers will be introduced to the vast range of control over the finest details of text and page provided by this most sophisticated DTP program.
Assumed Knowledge
A basic understanding of PCs, Windows 3.x or Windows 95 and a mouse, plus experience of using a word processor is assumed. Absolute beginners should attend a "Windows 3.1 User Introduction" or "MS Windows 95 User Introduction" course first. Whilst experience of desktop publishing itself is not essential, a look at the product documentation would be beneficial.
